We hired Stephanie and Nick to sell our house after another realtor failed to sell it last fall. Our prior experience selling had been a disaster. We got poor advice from our prior realtor that resulted in nothing but insulting low offers. When we hired Stephanie and Nick several months later they immediately got to work setting us up with a painter and their wonderful stager who did an incredible job staging the house. It looked so good that we actually almost regretted moving. They did everything very quickly, so that our house was ready and on the market just a few weeks after we hired them.
